Answers: Will just brushing after you drink it help

Ahhhhh, stop drinking it !!!!!! How has that become an issue for you. While food acids can be damaging to the enamel on your teeth, the acid must be strong and subjected to the teeth on a really constant basis. Do you hold it In your mouth and slosh it around before you swallow, if so "stop", just drink it down...The most tooth enamel damaging food acid is from "lemons"...there are people who like to suck on a lemon or lemon slice and that places really strong lemon acid on the teeth for an extended period of time. Lemon acid can actually etch the enamel very quickly....So bottoms up with the apple juice, drink it down quickly.

knock off all your teeth. without any left you wouldn't have to worry.

drink it with a straw and baking powder neutralizes the acid because it is a base and should protect by soaking up the acids so its not sittin on ur teeth.

Topical fluoride treatments that you can get from the dentist.

For example fluoride varnish.

It would have to be very often though if you have a cider vinegar habbit.
