What do dentists want from their dental lab?!

What do dentists want from their dental lab?

I'm trying to make sales for my dental lab. what should I say to them? quality, on time delivery, good price. I'm sure all these are what all salesman say when they are trying to make sales. any ideas? please help.


Answers:

Price obviously a big deal. Quality with a lower price = more sales, but not if there is too long of a turnover time. We switched to a private lab from a large corp. lab b/c the lab had better prices and even more quality work than the lab we used before. Try asking what they use the lab for most: like PFM's, partials, or dentures and tell them your price compared to their lab. If turnover is over 2 weeks no deal 1 week more drawing. But quality matters most.
