I bit the in side of my mouth a lot. Its something I do all the time. Is that bad?
I chew the in side of my mouth always and it doent hurt me.

I think the larger issue here is: is your bite out of alignment? With a normal bite, a person does not tend to chew the insides of their cheeks.
Have you ever been evaluated for orthodontic treatment (braces)? If not, you should mention your cheek biting problem to your dentist and have him take a look at your bite (by "bite" I mean: the way your upper and lower teeth meet and function together). If your bite is not good, he may send you to an orthodontist for a consultation.
Regarding the insides of your cheeks: unless they are getting infected or unless they are sore all the time, it is probably harmless. But your dentist could tell you for certain.
