Answers:

I'm sorry you're going through that...it sounds tough.

Bad breath can be caused by anaerobic bacteria in the mouth, digestive problems or other health issues.

If your bad breath is caused by bacteria in the mouth, here is an effective solution. Use hydrogen peroxide instead of your regular mouthwash.

Every morning and before bed, after brushing, flossing and scraping your tongue use Hydrogen Peroxide as your mouth wash. You can buy hydrogen peroxide (3% in the brown bottle) at your local drugstore for about $1 for a 16 ounce bottle. Mix ½ ounce hydrogen peroxide with ½ ounce hot water and swirl in your mouth for about 1 minute. Spit out (DO NOT SWALLOW) and then rinse your mouth out several times with cool water

In addition to chewing gum, suck on zinc tablets (like Cold Eeze - use the sugar free). The zinc kills the bacteria that causes bad breath. You can get Cold Eeze at the drugstore for about $5 for a pack of 18, or get sugar-free generic zinc tabs at the health food store for $5 for a bottle of 100.

Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day...not drinking enough water causes dry mouth which causes more bacteria to grow.

P.S. You're brushing toooooo much....you're going to wear down your tooth enamel and then your teeth will start to hurt.
