Nightguards ( for grinding)....does anyone have any experience with the generic types?
A nightguard from the dentist runs about $500...anybody have any experience with the cheap ones from like target. the difference is about $480...there has to be a drawback other than having a custom made guard.

i tried one once. i wish i had gotten one from the dentist instead. it's everyone's own opinion but once it melds to your liking you can't readjust it. i threw mine away
