I am getting a Bridge Mouth Work done in a couple of weeks. Anyone ever had one !


Question: Do they hurt? How long does the pocedure takes like hours, minutes? Also I am have my wisdom teeth pulled out soon. And I know that is probaly going to hurt.

It depends on the tpe of bridge you are getting. The maryland bridge may take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to complete. Alll the prep work is done during the initial visit (shaping side teeth, getting a mold of your mouth, etc) The longest part will probably be the wait for the bridge to come in. Once your doctor gets it, it's only a matter of getting the perfect fit and having it cemented. Hope this is helpful.Good Luck!
