Ahhhh, the only two sides I'm aware of that would apply to a Cleft Palate are the ones that are on either side of the palate bifurcation separation. You might debate what the best surgical procedure is to repair it or what dental appliance (Obturator )should be created to seal the opening. Other than those suggestions I don't have an answer that would deal with any other side.
