Is this Thrush?
I have a small, slightly white bump on my tongue that has been there for about a week or so. It seems to get bigger then smaller at times and is not painful. I have not taken any medicines recently. I do not know what it is filled with since I have not tried to puncture it. Please help.

Doesn't sound like thrush to me. Thrush is a yeast infection in the mouth. It usually coats the tongue and the inside of the cheeks. It is also painful.
You should make a Dr. appt to find out what it is though.
