Terrible tooth pain?!

Question:

Terrible tooth pain?

I have a molar that really hurts. I went to the dentist and she said she couldn't see anything wrong. The tooth has a crown on it but she took x-rays. She thought the pain could be caused by my sinus infection which I have had for over a year. Now the side of my throat is hurting. Could this all be caused by my sinus infection? I am going to an ear, nose and throat doctor tomorrow.

Answers:

When there's pain, there must be something wrong. Its good that you have decided to go to an EENT doctor because he can evaluate your condition further. I also suffer from sinusitis once in a while and yes, it does affect the sorrounding areas...I get toothache , earache, headache...ahhh...it really makes me wonder where the real culprit is... and really, our sinuses are some kinda tricky... Hope you get well soon... ^-^
