You can expect your teeth to feel slightly painful and very tender for a few days. Stick to soft foods like soup for those days otherwise you'll cause yourself unncessary pain.
It'll go after a few days, I've had mine for a month, it took a week and afterwards I now hardly notice them and can eat everything fine.
