If I get an absess or ther infection after treatment at the dentist, will it eve!

If I get an absess or ther infection after treatment at the dentist, will it ever clear up without antibiotics

I had two replacement fillings and an extraction & I have had problems with my teeth ever since, feelings like toothache, unable to eat cold things, can't bite down on anything hard. The dentist says it is an infection & I have had 2 seperate lots of Amoxicillin, but it won't clear up. I have an immune deficiency, I also have Ulcerative colitis, so I can't have just any antibiotics. I don't seem to be getting over this & I am wondering if it is possible this will ever clear up on it's own if I just leave it now,or do I have to keep going back to the Dentist & getting nowhere. I tried to see my Doctor about it, but he didn't want to know & just suggested I ask the Dentist for a different antibotic, but the risks are 2 great on all the ones I've looked up, they all have side effects that wiil make my other illnesses worse, or they cannot be taken along with the other medicines I'm already using, or they cause abnomal reactions to sunlight and I already have Solar Urticaria as it is!!

Coming from someone that also can't antibiotics because of allergic reactions and getting every side effect known to man I came across a natural antibiotic that they use in the hospitals (Colliodal Silver). I had an abcessed tooth like you and had a root canal done and crown. I had such a nasty infection to the point that my entire face was swollen like a balloon and I could not hardly swallow.
