It depends. I had invisalign and had a very good effect after only 8 months of treatment. Invisalign is not for everyone though. You have to be compliant with the treatment; this means wearing the aligners for 20 hours a day, even when they hurt. Also, invisalign is more costly than standard braces. Good luck...
