Answers: me have braces on right now and i just got them on today and is it possed to be this sore

I got braces yesterday :D

and it hurts!
It will be like this for a few days and eventually your gums will toughen up.
But I completely understand.
I have to put wax on mine cuz they're ripping up the inside of my lips!
ugh!
But yes, It IS supposed to be sore cuz it's moving your teeth around, which they aren't used to doing.

I wish you the best of luck :)

it will be sore for a while. When i got mine put on i couldnt bite into anything for 2 weeks cuz it hurt so bad! Just take motrin or tylenol if u think that will help

Yes, mine hurt pretty badly.
All I can really suggest to you is do not each any "chewy" are hard foods..
Stick to foods like jello, soup, soft breads, etc.
Keeping taking tylonol (spell check?) as often as the box says you can for your weight.
Good luck, you be very happy with the out come when this is over:]

yes, its all normal. when i got mine it hurt for like 2 weeks and this happens with everyone
nothing to worry about

Yes it supposed to be sore. Tomorrow will probably hurt the most. Eat soft food like oatmeal, porridge, mash potatoes, banana. Take some pain pills.

Yes, wearing braces is a little inconvenient at first

sorry but yes they are take advil it will ease up in a couple days good luck

I have braces and I know that they hurt for the first three days and only when I have them tightened. Aside from that you shouldn't feel that much pain, but if it bothers you that much, you should schedule an appointment with your orthodontist and express your concerns. They love it when you ask them questions about your dental plan. I know from experience. They are people too you know. Anyway, some Ibuprofen, Tylenol or Aspirin should clear any pain right up, so try that. I hope this was of some help, and good luck. It will be worth it in the end, and trust me, you will be sad to have them go, regardless of the pain that they cause you. They grow on you. I still have mine and they are great!
