Mouth sore...?!
Question: I have a sore inside my mouth,its by my molars in the back,bottom left side,its sore and red,kinda odd looking.i just noticed it when i got up.any idea what it is?

It's a cold sore inside the mouth. They are quite painful (and gross looking too).
What I do about them? Take a q-tip with some carmex on it, and run it over the cold sore right before bed. Don't do anything else with your mouth, and just let it sit there. If you wake up and drink some water, put it back on. It should go away within a few days.
How old are you? It could be your wisdom tooth trying to come in. Or maybe you irritated it with some hot food last night. Or it is a canker sore/ulcer from stress. Or it could be an STD. The best thing to do is have it checked out by your dentist to make sure it is not something too serious.
