Silicone toothbrushes?!

Silicone toothbrushes?

i was wondering about silicone toothbrushes.
are they really better than normal ones, or is this just something that the dentist will tell you because silicone toothbrushes cost more????

i don't think i have heard of silicone tooth brushes doing any better, if someone tells you this, ask him/her for reference research studies, good luck
