Mint taste in my mouth?

I'll be sitting there & suddenly a mint tase in my mouth is present. This happens on a regular basis, no matter what I eat. I am canadian and do eat regular foods and rarley eat fast food or junk food. I have been attending a dentist & flossing regularly. Still I have this mint taste in my mouth?

I use a reg dental floss, not flavoured. I take a vitiman called one a day for women, I am almost 33 and I am also taking effexor (Small dose) No other meds.

Well, did you try looking at what kind of floss you use. They do have mint flavored floss. Also it could be the toothpaste. Having a mint taste in your mouth is not that bad. It could be worse...trust me. I've seen patients where their mouth is hidious and complaining to me that their mouth tastes horrible and their wives or husbands don't want to kiss them. (Hint) Be thankful it's mint.
