Molar cavity, help!!!?!

Question: okay, so my molars have been sensitive lately and i looked in my mouth with a flashlight and found a little indent on my left second molar on the bottom that is about the size of a ball point pen, its not black or nothing, its just tooth color, but it hurts when i poke it with those little flosser picks, i also see what seems to be a crack in front of the cavity on my tooth and i was wondering if since the cavity is small will they be able fill it or will my tooth fall apart, i brush twice aday and use m-i paste
i also have another cavity simlar to the left one but its on the right bottom, can these be filled since they are so small?
but god it just makes me so mad because i got all these cavityes and it stresses me out cus im scared i will loose a tooth and not be able to get braces

A dentist should be able to fill those cavities very easily, even if they look small pinpoint on the outside, the cavity is bigger in the inside, most cavities enter the tooth through the outer surface layer (Enamel) which is very hard through a very small entry point, and when it reaches the second layer (Dentin) it will spread much faster, that's why you hear dentists say all time, that they can't assess the damage to the tooth until they open it. but make sure you schedule with your dentist ASAP to get those filled.
Good Luck

Don't SH- T bricks Nick:

Those are all fillable, I had the same thing happen to me, instead of "filling" the cavity your Dentist may do bonding on them, he knows you're getting the braces for alignment so he certainly won't make the job any harder.
