What is the best way to secure loose dentures?!
Question: The absolute best way to secure them is to have some implants placed then attach them to those. Another way is you need to see a dentist to have them relined. Or you could try useing a product called fixodent. Good luck...Dr.J

1. A denture adhesive gel or powder.
2. If they drop on speaking or eating you might want to consider getting them relined. As we get olderour mouth shape does change with things like gum shrinkage (consult your dentist or a denture technician if this is the case).
3. Implants are a permanent way to fix a denture but of course the most expensive. An inert medium is set into the tooth socket which a man-made tooth can be fixed to. The dentue can be fixed to this.
