Any idea why my retainers are giving me a headache?!

Any idea why my retainers are giving me a headache?

As soon as I take it off I feel fine. Also I always have it on yet one tooth seems to be shifting out of position. What should I do?


Answers:

it could be because your teeth are shifting and the retainers dont fit properly. it could be because you arent wearing it enough. go back to the ortho and let him/her know what is going on. they might be able to do a bonded retainer so you dont have to worry about it.
