ok, any teeth whitener is bad for you , the only way it whitens your teeth is by destroying layers of your enamel which is terrible for your teeth. I reccomend that as you brush your teeth, you dip your toothbrush into some baking soda. Not only does this reduce the bacteria in your mouth, It freshens your breath and whitens your teeth, Keep doing it and you will see results, it will not be as fast as whitening strips but you will see results good luck
