I just got my retainer (it's one of those invisible kinds). Can you tell me anything I might need to know about retainers?
Answers:
Wear them as long as ur ortho says. If you skip a few days, it'll feel sore when you put it back in. But wear it often though. I keep mine clean by using the antibacterial tablets made for dentures. It's safe for retainers. When I'm not using them, I just let them soak.Good luck!
