It sounds like it could be a pustule. Or a pus pocket. You may have strep-throat. Think about these symptoms...any fever, soar throat, or a cough? If so, it may be strep-throat and you need to see a Dr.
I would suggest seeing a doctor. Those spots are normally related to Strep throat.
If your throat doesnt hurt then it might not be an infection....it might be something called Tonsilloliths or "Tonsil Stones" which are typically white, or whitish-yellow, irregularly-shaped, foul-smelling, and usually smaller than a pea.....
