This is a baby tooth. An adult premolar will erupt into your mouth once this tooth has been shed.
None of your teeth are supposed to fall out. It sounds like you have an infection in your tooth and it absessed and died. Best see a dentist since there may be an infection which can kill you if it gets in your blood. Good luck!
Depends. If it's a babytooth, i wouldn't worry. but if it's your last one.. I would. you really should go to the dentist if it's your adult tooth.
How old are you?
loose as in if you play with it with your tongue, it moves? you flip it around?
If thats the case then its a baby tooth holding on by a small piece of skin, get a damp washcloth, put it over the loose molar, hold or squeeze it real tight and, quickly pull or yank it! like removing a band aid, it won't hurt at all!
