AIDS, a most definite yes. I think that you should go down and have blood tests done every 3 months for the next year or two to make sure you don't have it.
Also, be sure to check your feces until you see that missing tooth come through. If you don't find it in the next three or four days you need to go have a lower GI endoscopy to make sure that it is not lodged in the intestine.
