Bumps in jaw?!?!

Question:

Bumps in jaw?!?

Since I got my wisdom teeth removed I've been slowly healing... the swelling is almost down and I'm not getting as much pain inside my mouth... but under the skin beneath the swelling on my right jaw there are two bumps, a larger one and a small one... It hurts just a little when I touch them but it seems to be directly on my jaw (or is it part of my jaw?), and it doesn't seem like its going anywhere...
I know this is a cause of my wisdom teeth extraction, but what are these bumps? Will they eventually go away? In how long?

Answers:

Keep an eye on them, they could be just as a result of the trauma from the extraction. But if they get bigger or more painful I would see the dentist who remove your teeth. They will probably go away once you have completely healed.
