You can get vaneers (misspelled, I think) or caps, probably. Some people with naturally large teeth have them filed down, and you could probably sharpen your teeth through this/a similar method. I'm not sure what kind of surgeon/specialist you'd go to, though.

I think there is no permanent ones, just fake ones. Even if there is, its gonna b pricey u know. I do have natural ones and I heard that it actually make u look hot.
