The gum between my first molar and canine is red and puffed slightly..any advice welcome?
It has been like this for a year and a dentist just said it was trauma,ihave tried not to eat on that side and used mouthwash and good hygiene but it remains the same but not getting worse

Use Melaleuca toothpaste and use hydrogen peroxide like mouth wash.
