Question: ok this girl i know she used whiting mouth wash stuff nd it made her teeth thin....what about this mouth wash makes her teeth thin?
btw it was crest whiting rinse and alcohol free and she used it for only 2 months nd her teeth were fine when it started now there thin nd its horrible...

Tooth whitening products use bleach as well as acids, to eat through the plaque. Unfortunately, they eat through the calcium as well - steer well clear, much safer to brush, floss, and see your hygienist regularly.
first off i have to tell you alcohol doesn't make your teeth thin, but acids do thin them out which bleachers do, a dentist should approve of it first before some one uses one
My dentist had me start brushing my teeth before I went to bed with baking soda (no toothpaste, just baking soda) and it really helped whiten my teeth, I've been doing it for about 2 months now and have seen a big difference. I use the baking soda, then brush with toothpaste when I'm done so I can get that taste out of my mouth.
