I want to get a cavity fixed but I cannot afford a dentist, so I want to do it m!

Question: I have developed a cavity on my right molar and it is black, about the size of 1.4 mm and very painful recently to everything I eat, sweet or not.

IF you have any knowledge to share, I would really appreciate it. The pain is killing me.

1. What tools do I need and
2. where can I purchase them?

3.What is the filling made out of,
4.and there are alternatives? I was seriously looking to use superglue or something just to seal it up.

I know I have to scrape the stuff off my tooth, clean it and fill it with something that will stay at least for a few months until I can get a real dentist.

Find a dental school or a church/mission (some time they have low cost medical fecilities) , u cannot do it ur self.

See if there is a dental school or free clinic in your area. You can easily check online.

SEE A PROFFESIONAL. IT NOT ONLY TAKES SPECIALTOOLS, BUT THE SKILLS TO DO THE JOB RIGHT. MAYBE PARENTS/FRIENDS CAN HELP WITH THE MONEY.

Whoa, this is not a "Do It Yourself" situation. you need professional services. Besides, even if you actually purchased the required tools and materials you would need, the cost would be far in excess of what a DDS would charge you. For "free" dental services there are two possibilities. If there is a Dental College near by, call their "Out Patient Clinic" as they provide from free to very low cost services. Or, you can call your local hospital and find out if they have a Dental Internship Program. If they do you can get free to low cost dental services there as well. Good luck and I wish you well...Now...if your still thinking "Do It Myself"...think serious infection that could enter the blood stream and kill me...No, not a scare tactic, just telling you like it could be if you made a mistake.

Dude... Superglue? I tried it. I ****ed up my tooth. Hap it pulled out. Thank god I was young and it was a baby tooth. It got to infected to be repaired so they just pulled it. Added to me getting braces later.
