How long does it take antibiotics to kick in?
This is the fourth day I've been taking Flagyl S for an infected tooth and it's still hurting. Ouch!

I'm not sure why you are taking Flagyl, as this is certainly not indicated for most dental infections. The only time I'd use it is if it is indicated in a culture and sensitivity test when nothing else works.
Most dental infections respond to amoxicillin.
