How dowe get upat a fixed timesay 5 or 6 am in the morning.?

We all know we should get up in the morning to have a regular day. In todays modern times it is a real challnege ,at least beyond me .I have been wondering can any body help me in developing a habit of getting up every day exactly at 5.30am or 6 am latest.


Answers:

Set an alarm clock either across the room or in another room entirely that plays something very annoying to you.

That will force you get out of bed. From there not going back to bed will be all up to your own will power. Jump in the shower immediately might be one good way to make sure you stay up.
