I would say every 3-4 months. If the bristles start to "fray" you need to change it sooner. 3-4 months is a good time frame to use.
Every 6mo.
Try to do it every time you have a dental cleaning. Always use a soft toothbrush and if you notice the bristles looking bad then switch it. If not try to follow the 6mo rule.
I say 3 months.But if you get sick.I would say every day.So the germs don't go back in your throat.So stock up.
you have made a good choice in using an electric toothbrush and the brush heads usally have indicator color on them but if it does'nt it should be changed every three months. Using a brush head that is worn down does not allow the through removal of daily plaque. So change themoften to keep up with good oral hygiene.
I would say every 4 months, make sure you rinse it off completely after each use.
