I want to whiten my teeth but ive heard that it can weaken teeth's enamel. is this true?

not really.you can use the dentist recommended products for whitening.
There are products in the market with high amount of bleaching agents which would give you white and sensitive teeth!!!!
Always relay on dentist advice...
The products which says teeth whitening on its pack are not recommended any more..
