What should I eat please?!
Question: I just had four implants done three days ago and my dentists notes say eat soft high protein diet for a couple of weeks. Why, does he say this, and what should I eat, I know nothing about diet or protein, I just forgot to ask and he is away (probably at my expense) for a few days heheh? Thanks

Meat, fish, eggs, dairy products, legumes, and nuts all have substantial amounts of protein.

eggs are good for protein, so is meat but i think eggs would be easier.

yogurt is quite good. i had a similar thing done but i only had 2 implants and i lived on yogurt and bananas. and the bananas are high in fibre as well.
All types of eggs and beans
