Answers: they say it rots out your teeth eating easter candy, but what about when i brush my teeth after eating candy

Experts and Dentists say not to brush your teeth for 30 minutes after every meal, it damages your teeth even more.

They say rinse your teeth with water.

Brushing your teeth after eating anything helps. Candy is bad because if it gets stuck in between teeth or in the crevasses of your molars, it can slowly eat away at your teeth and cause cavities which you will not know about until its too late.

you should brush your teeth but very softly you dont want to eat away at your enamel. use soft tooth brush as well and dont forget to floss thats how you get cavities between your teeth!!
