alright all im trying to say is.. my gums are swollen and i want them to go back to normal.. i brush and floss a lot and they still look the same.. what should i do?

It's possible you are brushing and flossing too vigorously. Continue to brush (with the softest toothbrush you can find--I like the Butler G-U-M) and floss, of course, but see a dentist, too. He/she may refer you to a specialist for evaluation and treatment.
