I had braces, and now my my teeth are shifting?!
Question: i got braces four years ago and wore them for two years. when i got them off, my teeth were straight, and still are, but i feel like theyre shifting foward and one tooth is getting a little out of line. most ppl i know get metal retainers to wear awhile after braces, but i never got any. i think thats the problem. what should i do?

Make an appointment with your ortho asap. Everyone who gets braces off should get a retainer because they will shift right back to where they were before braces.
ask your ortho for a retainer
you gotta call your orthodontist and tell him. he should give you a retainer.
Talk with the dentist or the orthodontist because your teeth will shift for over two years after braces.
You should have been given a retainer... go to a different orthodontist.
you need to have a retainer so that the teeth wont shift ask your orthodontist!! Hope this helps!!
