Brushing Teeth and Crest Whitestrips?!
Question: I am about to use crest whitestrips. When should I brush my teeth before putting them on?
Is brushing my teeth in the morning, then putting the whitestrips on at about 3:00, okay (eating in between)?
Or should i brush them at 3:00, then put them on at about 4:00?

The package says to use them before brushing.
I used them before. I found it was the easiest to use them right when I got up. It takes me about an hour to get ready so I would used 2 sets back to back (the pack says you can do that). I would use them and then when I was done, I would just brush my teeth and leave the house.
They really work! I used them about 3 years ago and the results are AMAZING and they last!!! I am still getting compliments on my smile!

Well I would recommend that you brush your teeth and apply the stir before going to ed, so that your teeth will b rested and the strip will start to whiten them over time.
white strips are a rip-off
