Don't have your tooth pulled! Fiind a dentist and get it filled. It's a bit more expensive, but you will have your tooth. Once you start pulling teeth, you look older and the shape of your mouth changes.
Go to the dentist every 6 months for a check-up and cleaning. It's cheaper than getting teeth fixed.

dunno about in the UK but here in the US they can do that with local anesthetic, probably costs around $150
Floss between the tooth that hurts. I had that and it hurt because food got caught in the hole, making the teeth grow apart.
Do this Morning and night:
Brush- Mouthwash-Floss
You have to follow oral health hygiene while you are looking for a dentist. The hole will be fixed by a dentist only and you have to be thinking of finding out one, the sooner the better.
Here is what you could be doing in case you have not heard
Brush your teeth at least twice everyday, morning after breakfast and in the evening after (meal) food just before sleeping. Hey it is free to see a dentist (NHS) when pregnant make sure you take advantage of that.
