the information ive read on it says its the same stuff the dentist uses

i agree wendy of course they will say its bad for your teeth because it means if there is something that works they will lose money because of the ridculous prices they charge.
My dentist charges £325 for it and all he does is make a mold of my teeth and gives me the stuff to do MYSELF at home and wearing it over night for 14days and i'm not paying all that money when i do it all myself

I was told by my dentist not to use tooth whiteners as they contain bleaches or abrasives that can shorten the life of your teeth.
