My toothpaste doesn't work well and I really want to whiten my teeth. Know of any good toothpastes???

Are the stains intrinsic or extrinsic? Meaning are they outside the tooth or do they come from inside the tooth?
If they are from the outside, you can use any toothpaste with a whitening agent. Those toothpastes are more abrasive and help remove stains pretty well. If they are stains from inside your tooth, nothing will remove the stains, not even professional bleaching systems. Only thing to do in that case is have your dentist make porelain or resin veneers for you.
