'Clear\white' braces or metal?
Hi
Im 20 and am going to get train tracks on tuesday (had them before when I was younger) but not sure whether to get the clear/white or the standard metal/coloured ones?
ANy suggestions would be good....as im thinking im white would look better, but after some research Ive found that they seem to discolour within 2weeks and make your teeth look stained....has anyone had this type of brace?

metal is really good. its stronger and sturdier.
