What exactly do you mean messed up teeth?
Do you mean the position of the teeth; the condition of the teeth; the color of the teeth--if all of these --- then perhaps the most concerned would be the comprehensive dentist with cosmetic and orthodontic training--He/She can help the patient with 'messed up teeth' and I would suppose that these professionals would be disturbed by messed up teeth, so much so that they went into a profession to train to correct these problems.
Also most of society-- think about this--when we are looking at a movie and there is a villan in the movie---what does his or her teeth look like? Usually dirty, crooked, yellowed and sometimes missing or broken.
How about the Hero--- usually their smile is bright, clean white teeth---
We do judge the health of a person through the health & look of their teeth and our 'trust factor' goes down when we see a person with 'messed up teeth'-- We tend to feel more comfortable with those people with a pretty smile-- not fare but true--- not all people judge this way but most do--- surveys have proven it.
