Should I be concerned about a lump in my tongue?
About a week ago I noticed that I have a pea size maybe a little smaller lunp in my tongue, its on the left side and its under the tongue. It doesnt hurt, I see no dif. in color and it doesnt seem to be getting bigger or smaller in size.

I inflamed taste bud or minor gland
2.occured due to chronic trauma
3 a growth
as you said its not hurting ,no need to panic.
if you feel your lymph glands on either side under the manible or in the neck tender please do not hesitate to visit a Good dentist.
