Redo composite resin, and replace maryland bridge with implant?!

Question:

Redo composite resin, and replace maryland bridge with implant?

I was on orthodontic brace when i was young. One of my upper lateral incisor is missing, and another upper lateral is very small peg shape. A long time ago, my dentist moved my central incisor toward missing tooth to make gap smaller. Bigger space on the left that was then closed by composite resin on my peg tooth.

Then I had a maryland bridge to close my 3.5 MM gap of missing tooth. If there is any way that i can adjust my composite resin to be smaller, and move teeth back to central position at least 2 mm, to make my missing teeth more space for implant?

Answers:

of course.. they can definitely re-prep the composite, do the ortho first, open up the gap and then place implant. it will take a few months.
