When does your third molar fall out for the first time??!

Question: when does the third molar fall out for the first time?
i know that the first two molars on each side already fell out a couple years ago and i got new ones. but since the third and fourth molars come up when you're close to being a teen, when do they fall out again? one of the third one is really bothering me, i want to know if its going to fall out soon or if not to go to the dentist.
i'm 16 years old btw, almost 17.

thanks.

To me it sounds like you are talking about your first permanent molar that comes into your mouth when you are around 6. At that time until you are 11 or 12, you have two baby molars ahead of the first permanent molar. These two baby molars are replaced with your first and second adult premolars when you are 11 or 12. Your first permanent molar will not be replaced. It is there from 6 on. If it is bothering you, you should see your dentist.

THE FIRST TIME? IT WILL ONLY FALL OUT ONCE NOW GO HAVE A GAME OF BASEBALL OR SUMMINK
