On the package it says for use of people over the age of twelve and at that age you need permission form a dentist. This is becaus eat that age your teeth are too week to handle the bleaching effects as that can bring the affects of the strips (soreness, etc.) to an extreme. This could damage your teeth beyond comprehension. So bottom line, too young. Keep your teeth and wait a few years!
You should at least have all of your perminant teeth.
usually its 12 years and older. but if you really wanted to use them so bad. go and ask your dentist and they will tell you wether or not you can or should use them.
