As someone who takes 800mg a day for knee problems and someone who enjoyed taking prescription drugs as a teen, I am going to say no you really can't get high on it. I imagine snorting it would just suck.
Ibuprofen is a NSAID and if you could get high on that then you could also get high off of things like celebrex and Aleve (naproxen).
