it's 2:30 am and the pain is horrible, I've taken 4 tylenol and half a tube of oragel and the pain won't stop. can anyone please help. the whole side of my face hurts.

i just need something to get me through tonight, i have a dentist appointment in a few days.


Answers:

Looks like you have an exposed and infected nerve. If you can't get to the dentist you could go to hospital casualty. At least they can give you some powerful pain killers.
