I am not sure that you have a dental problem. Have you had your teeth checked for cavities and had your teeth cleaned? If so, and you still have problems, you should consider that you may have a sinus infection with post nasal drip or bad tonsils or adenoids. Your description of mucus at the back of your mouth sounds like sinus or throat problems. Another cause of bad breath is stomach problems but that usually is noticed when you burp and not at other times.
If you dentist has cleared you, it is time to see your GP and ask about a referral to and ENT (ear, nose and throat) specialist. Find out, it is not right that you should smell or taste bad.

spit it out like a like when you have some boogers stuck in your throat or go to the dentist

there might be like a plaque build up in the back if your teeth some people just have a lotta plaque nomatter how much they brush you can go to your dentist and jsut get a regular cleaning/ checkup and your dentist should remove the plaque.

Something is probably rotting in there if it smells like a dead rat. Go to a dentist and get your teeth fixed.

i think you have strep throat, or you need your tonsils removed
if it does not go away within a month, then u should get a checkup

It could be a rotten/dead tooth , in this case you need to go to the dentist.
